Working For You
David Steen – 28 years in telecom. Dave is Founder and CEO of Teleplus, and a principal contract negotiator. He is a contract and SLA expert and international authority on telecom regulations and developing technology. He heads all foreign contract negotiations.
Nancy Drake – 32 years with AT&T as a data specialist, Nancy has been with Teleplus for eleven years and heads our data contract practice.
Bill Hansen – 30+ years in telecom. Bill was long-time director of telecom for National Car Rental and Fingerhut Corp and an ex-NSA telecom analyst. He is an expert in call center technology and management.
Loris Johnson – 25 years in telecommunications with an emphasis on contact center and business development. Lory has successfully led product development and major OEM technology negotiations in the quality monitoring and multimedia ACD contact center markets. His background includes 13 years sales leadership with Sprint, MCI and Verizon to Fortune 500 enterprises.
Bill Luther – Regulatory Specialist. Prior to joining Teleplus in March 2003, Bill served four terms in the United States Congress representing Minnesota. Bill served on the House Sub-Committee on Telecommunications, and is an expert in regulatory affairs. Bill is also an accomplished attorney.
Willis Miller – 38 years in telecom. Willis was director of telecom for Peavey Corporation prior its merger with ConAgra, then Director of Telecom for the State of Minnesota before joining Teleplus in 1989. Willis is an AT&T and Sprint contract expert.
Mark Pfeifer – 22 years in telecom, Mark is an expert in managed data and voice services. Prior to joining Teleplus, Mark was IT Operations Director for The Schwan Food Company. A certified ITIL Service Manager, Mark specializes in complex data, voice and managed service negotiations for multinationals.
Bob Stein – Bob is an attorney, and was an NFL player and founding CEO/President of the NBA Minnesota Timberwolves and Target Center Arena. He has negotiated numerous large telecom contracts in his 10 years at Teleplus and specializes in unique cellular benefit programs.
Ben Coleman – President, Coleman Group, Inc. Retired NBA player, degree in business communications, 20 years of business experience in a variety of areas, including communications and real estate investment. Coleman Group, Inc. is a representative for Teleplus Consulting, Inc.
